In looking at all the pictures I have of the girls, I realized Ken Burns or Steven Spielburg could do a mighty fine bio movie of either one of them. Fade into sweet shots of them as puppies, the tearful me talking about how cute they were, how Murphy overcame living in New York to being a full fledged Northwesterner. Sage, the reluctant swimmer, now willing to dog paddle her way across any water. The triumphs, the tragedies.Hopefully they would talk about the values I instilled in them: always beg for hamburger, make sure the chewie bin is filled, no matter how cold it is, the car window has to be open.
Can't you see it? A definite tear-jerker!
