Summer Time Snow

It didn't take much encouragement to get the girls off trail and into the first snow patch.  Annie demonstrated her glissading techniques and Sage just rolled, allowing the snow to cool her down from the hot alpine air.  They were delighted, thinking truly it was Christmas in August.

If I ran a national park, I think my sign would say: "Please let your dog play on the snow."
