Heading into the Woods

I have to admit, when I see these two heading into the woods I get a little nervous.  In the end, they are just exploring and having fun, but there are the times they come back with something dead hanging out of their mouths...

"Drop it," doesn't just cut it, especially with Annie Oakley who is always proud of her finds....

And then, if not dropped, it requires me to tamp down my squeamishness and get it out of the mouth.

Ugh.

Being owned by a lab is always an adventure!
